Job Brief
People Staff role is to handle variety of personnel related administrative duties and to act as the liaison between HR department and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. He/She will also support the daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to PeopleOps Executive such as but not limited to:
    • Compiling and updating employee records and database (hard and/or soft copies).
    • Prepare paperwork for HR policies, legal matters (e.g. NDAs) and procedures.
  • Acting as HRIS administrator in:
    • Processing employee data (e.g. leaves and benefits)
    • Exporting regular and ad hoc reports from internal databases (e.g. headcount and turnover reports)
    • Creating new accounts and managing access permissions.
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
  • Deal with employee requests and queries regarding human resources needs, issues, policies, rules and regulations, as well as delivering company announcement on the matters.
  • Communicate with public services when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum holding a bachelor degree in human resoureces, management, or any related fields. High school diploma with experience of 1-3 years in HR field is welcomed to apply.
  • Computer literate and tech savvy.
  • Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills to be able to perform variety of tasks from data entry to preparing reports and interacting with the public.
  • Able to communicate clearly, both written and verbally, as to communicate with employees, members of the management team, and in presentations and meetings,
  • Love to interact with people and care-taking.

Plus points:

  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Hands on experience with HRIS or HRMS.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
